I was just talking to my friend who have a printing business as her sideline and she is thinking of quiting her day job so she can concentrate on her printing business. She has a lot of big clients already who are now regular customers so she is confident that her clientele can really sustain her business.

To broaden her clientele, she is also planning to put up a web-to-print ecommerce site where clients can process their printing orders online so I am helping her find a turnkey printing website to accomplish this.

I am so happy for my friend. She is a very talented artist and I know this is one thing that she loves doing so I know that she will really succeed.

On March 20 will be the Family Day for all grade 1 students in my daughter’s school. We will have a meeting on March 17 to finalize the details of the event but I read the memorandum and each section should have at least one performance.

I am the homeroom officer for my daughter’s class that is why I am thinking of a good but easy performance that the class plus the parents can perform. Thankfully, I have a musically inclined husband and he is helping me out with the preparations.

So far, we have checked out yamaha psr-s750 at guitar center as we are planning to do a song number and we will ask some of the parents to play the instrument and sing while our kids will dance.

This is just a simple performance, as we really don’t have the time to practice because it is difficult to coordinate schedule of all the parents so I am really hoping that we can pull this off.

Wow Academy of Rock, the school where my daughter attends drum class has an existing promo now. When you sign up for any of their music class, you will get the Yeng Constantino Signature guitar for free.

I don’t have the exact details yet, but I think you just need to sign up for a 6-months class to avail of this free guitar. This promo is open in all Academy of Rock branches, Rockwell and their new branch in Megamall.

This makes me think if we should avail of this promo since we plan to enroll Bela in drum class for at least another year. If we get the free guitar, at least I just have to worry on where to get the budget for the bass xtender from musicians friend that my husband wants to buy.
