Posted by Bela Sunday, July 17, 2011 12:15 PM 0 commentsThose special treatments are nice but all the more it will make me feel better if I am really pregnant, but I am not. This really made me realize that I need to do something to loose those unwanted bulges. It is not just a matter of being vain but I think I will have more confidence and trust in myself if I look better, right?
That is why I got really interested with Los Angeles tummy tuck and I am considering this to help me with my problem. I read a lot of good reviews about Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery, a center that offers this service.
Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery offers a lot of cosmetic surgery like beverly hills breast augmentation, face lift, liposuction, and even Botox. All their procedures are perfectly safe, as patients will have a consultation first with their plastic surgeon to suggest the best procedure for the patients. The procedure only requires a few days for recovery and it can be done as an out patient. They also administer anesthesia to reduce the pain during the procedure, which is administered by an anesthesiologist.
I feel that cosmetic surgery Los Angeles is my answer to gain my confidence back and to help me get back to my pre-pregnancy weight soon.

Sickies
Posted by Bela Friday, May 27, 2011 11:21 AM 0 commentsFirst was Jacobo who got diarrhea with fever on our second day in New York. I really feel guilty and I regretted bringing my kids to this trip but thankfully, his fever was gone the next day.
Next was B during our stay in Canada. She got stomach flu that she vomits every time she drinks milk. She even have rashes and fever also.
I monitored their condition the whole night when they got sick. Thankfully I got a reliable thermometer which I loaded with good batteries which I got from the online store where I buy makita batteries so I was able to check their temperature round the clock.
We have four days left before we go back to Manila. I really enjoyed this trip and this quality time with my family but I am glad that we are finally going home, back to our comfort zone.

What Doximity Can Do
Posted by Bela Monday, May 23, 2011 1:09 AM 0 commentsI have been doing some reading and I confirmed that there are a lot of victims caused by side effects from taking different medicines. It could be the fault of the manufacturer for failing to put additional information on the drugs that they are producing, it could also be the fault of the doctor who prescribed the medicine to the patient.
But if only physicians can have easy access to information such as this from the internet or by simply communicating with their colleagues, then chances of these kinds of problems will be lessen and this is the aim of the application Doximity.
Doximity is an application available on smart phones and even via Internet that lets a private network of physician consult with each other. They can do a lot of things with Doximity like check profile of a particular physician like Phillip Porch MD, send an instant message to a colleague, share information and many more.
With Doximity, doctors can communicate with each other faster and easily, which can lessen chances of committing medical mistakes.

Bad News
Posted by Bela Thursday, March 31, 2011 8:32 AM 0 commentsThat is why my husband and I have been really conscious of our health. Of course we want to live longer for our kids. We know a lot of our close friends and family who have been diagnosed with cancer and so Big C is one of our biggest fears.
Right now we are trying to watch what we eat, we are taking colonetix to take care of our colon, we stay away from bad vices like smoking and alcohol, and we promise that we will try to do some exercise.
I hope and pray that my friend’s daughter will get better soon and I hope that nothing like this will ever happen to my family.

Update on my Brother
Posted by Bela Tuesday, February 22, 2011 12:29 AM 0 commentsMy brother said that if the pain attacks, it is so bad that it is difficult for him to do anything even sleeping. That is why I am reading lunesta reviews now so I can check for a safe way for my brother to fall asleep or stay asleep.
I know my brother needs a lot of support and prayers since he is already very worried about his condition and he is really in a very difficult situation as there are times that the pain is really intolerable. I hope the doctors will be able to find the answer to the puzzle tomorrow, so they can prescribed the best medicine to help my brother with his illness.

Only Hope
Posted by Bela Friday, November 19, 2010 1:33 AM 0 commentsI am sure my heart will be devastated if I or any of my love ones will be diagnose with this disease that is why I always include in my prayers the health of my family. But for those victims of this disease, I guess acceptance (which I am sure will take time) is the only thing that they can do and find the best Houston asbestos lawyer like Heard Robins Cloud & Black who can help them get a fair and just settlement.
The lawyers of Heard Robins Cloud & Black have been helping victims of this disease for 17 years already so they already know the ins and out on how to successfully get a settlement. I know cancer is a type of disease that is difficult or often times impossible to cure. At least if the victims can get a just claim and settlement, they will have the money to support the hospital bills to help them survive this disease.

Victims
Posted by Bela Sunday, September 19, 2010 10:25 AM 0 commentsAccutane is used to treat cystic acne but it was proven that in taking this medicine, it will increase the possibility of contracting inflammatory bowel diseases. These illnesses are no joke as it cause an individual cramping, pain, diarrhea, bleeding, and frequent bowel movements.
It is not the fault of those who took Accutane if they contracted these diseases so it is just right that they get compensation from the makers of Accutane for the damages that this medicine has caused them. Those individuals can file for a Accutane Lawsuit and the lawyers of O’Hanlon, McCollum & Demerath O’Hanlon, McCollum & Demerath can help them with that. They are a team of experienced and competent lawyers who can help victims of Accutane file for injury claims.
So if you have contracted any of the inflammatory diseases caused by taking Accutane, then contact O’Hanlon, McCollum & Demerath O’Hanlon, McCollum & Demerath law firm now so they can help you with your injury claim.

On cancer
Posted by Bela 9:10 AM 0 commentsHubby will be dropping by later at the funeral to send our condolences and pay our last respect to our friend. I wanted to go with him but nobody will be left behind with our kids.
Every time I hear cancer, it makes me really scared and paranoid as two of my relatives died from cancer. Our children is still small and every parent would want to see their kids grow up, have their own family and succeed in life and so our prayers has always been to keep us healthy so we will be able to fulfil our dreams and watch our kids grow up to be fine individuals.

For my Dad
Posted by Bela Saturday, September 11, 2010 11:48 PM 0 commentsBut now I am worried too about my dad because I must say that he is a chain smoker. We tried everything that we can to convince him to quit. I even used my daughter to black mail my dad so he will stop smoking. But since it is part of his system already, I know it will be difficult for him to quit just like that. He needs to do it slowly so his body will not be shocked too of the sudden withdrawal from cigarettes.
One of the options that we thought of is letting him use one of those electronic cigarettes. It is a healthier option as it has no nicotine and it even has a flavor so he can smoke all he wants without hurting his lungs. Then slowly he can start his withdrawal from using the real cigarette.
It will really be a great challenge for us to convince our dad to stop smoking as he can really be stubborn sometimes especially when we are talking about his health. But we will really do all that we can to make him stop as we also wish for him to see his grand children grow.

Living Healthy
Posted by Bela Wednesday, June 16, 2010 10:42 PM 0 commentsOne of the steps that we will be taking to accomplish this goal is to have a fitness equipment at home. Hubby enrolled in a fitness program in the gym near their office but since he is busy and he prefers to be at home with his kids, he rarely goes to the gym to exercise. So having a fitness equipment at home will really be a big help in getting hubby to do his exercise.
Next is we are looking at South Beach diet which some of my friends have tried before and they say it really worked. They found a store which can deliver food to us everyday so we will be sure that we will really follow the diet.
I am really glad that hubby initiated this healthy living project and hope that we can really stick by it.

My Grandfather
Posted by Bela Wednesday, April 28, 2010 1:17 PM 0 commentsThank goodness that we can rely on JazzMedical for his medical supplies. We just order everything online and it will be delivered to my grand father’s house so we are sure that all his medical supplies are always complete. What we like about JazzMedical is that they offer low prices on their site so it is a big savings for us since we will need all the savings that we can get so we can be sure that we can provide for all the medical expenses that our grandfather needs. They even accept multiple payment methods like credit cards and Paypal so it is a big convenience.
I just hope and pray that my grand father will not suffer that much because of this sickness.

Tired but Thankful
Posted by Bela Saturday, April 24, 2010 1:53 PM 0 commentsSo for this week, we have been only been sleeping for a maximum of 4 hours of sleep everyday and then we have to go to work the next day. This leaves us with eye bags and joint pains (can you recommend the best joint pain relief to ease our pain?)
But at least now B is doing much better. Her fever is gone since this morning and hope that her condition will continue to get better. She is actually quite active already and is back to her usual self again – playful and active. (Thank goodness!)

Please Pray for my Grandfather
Posted by Bela Sunday, March 28, 2010 11:26 AM 0 commentsI wanted to tag along since I really wanted to show my support for my grand father especially since he is one of the closest relatives that we have but my parents discourage me since my grand father is confined in a public hospital. With the recent outbreak of measles, they don’t think that it is safe for me to visit hospitals as I might catch the virus and I really have to be really careful as I am already seven months pregnant. If only they provide protective clothing to visitors to protect them against any virus, then I would have gone with them as I really wanted to see my grand father.
He is the second in the family who have been diagnosed with cancer. It has been caught at the later stage already so we don’t know up to when we can have our grand father in our lives. I am just praying that his condition will get better and he won’t suffer any pain caused by this disease. Please pray for my grand father.

Sickies in the house
Posted by Bela Friday, February 26, 2010 10:30 PM 0 commentsMy cough is even worse that I can’t get a decent sleep because of it. Every hour, I will wake up because my throat feels really irritated. I guess because I don’t get to have enough sleep, I am having acne breakouts at the same that if only I am not pregnant, I would have taken vitamin for acne to treat my acne (my sister is taking this acne vitamins and since then, she now has flawless, smooth skin).
I haven’t taken any medications though for my cough and colds. I am just trying to have water and vitamin C therapy as I am really trying to avoid antibiotics because I am pregnant. I hope that soon this will go away as it is really difficult to get some decent sleep with my size (my tummy is so big now) and it really doesn’t help that I have to wake up every hour because of my cough.

Medical Tourism
Posted by Bela 12:48 PM 0 commentsA lot of our hospitals like St. Luke’s, Makati Medical and the others are even promoting medical tourism and they are promoting their medical services to potential clients abroad to attract customers.
For those out of the country, they need not worry about the logistics of this kind of medical travel as there are institutions like Health Travel Guides who can help them with all the aspects of their medical travel. From booking the air and hotel arrangements, to recommending physicians and hospitals where you can have your medical procedure, to scheduling doctor consultations and many more. Plus they even have a licensed physician whom you can contact via phone or email to answer all your medical concerns.
Indeed medical tourism is really a booming business.

Pimple Free
Posted by Bela Monday, February 15, 2010 1:33 PM 0 commentsMy sister has acne problems too so now that I am in the same boat as she is, she can’t help but tease me all the time because I used to tease her always when I still have a smooth skin. LOL.
I can’t really take any acne treatment for now because it is not recommended and is not safe for pregnant women like me but I vow that I will really try exposed skin care treatment as soon as I give birth to get rid of my acne problems. And to stop my sister from teasing me, we agreed that we will try this treatment at the same time so we will both have soft and pimple free skin. LOL.

Big C
Posted by Bela Sunday, February 14, 2010 2:47 PM 0 commentsI actually don’t know how I will feel if my doctor tells me that I have malignant Mesothelioma or if someone close to me has Cancer. When I heard of the news that my aunt only has six months to live, I felt really numb, I don’t know what to feel. I was actually in denial and I was wishing that it is all a bad dream and when I wake up, everything will be okay.
But the fact is, cancer should be something that we should be scared of. So what do we do to prevent it? I guess living a healthy lifestyle is the answer and a strong faith in God that there is a reason for everything.
