My dad’s 60th birthday is coming soon and he does not want a party like what we had for my mom when she turned 60. So what we are planning is just a small dinner for the family. I was checking out the promos at Deal Grocer for a buffet dinner for the whole family and this is what I found:

So I guess I will forget my diet until my dad’s birthday but after that, I will be using portion control plate so I will be sure that I will be able to stick to my diet plan. LOL.
