It’s the busy holiday season again and my friends from work are planning a Christmas get together. It is nothing extra ordinary really. We don’t have any theme, like the party of one department at work where they have a Victoria Secret’s theme complete with costumes, beauty pageant ribbon, props and more. Our plan is to have a simple dinner where we can just all catch up with each other’s lives.
The only problem is we are having a difficult time booking for the restaurant that we like, which is Vikings. They are fully booked for lunch and dinner for the whole December.
Or maybe we can just purchase one of those vouches for buffet lunch or dinner in hotels like Sofitel and just use it after the holiday season. It would just then be a post holiday get together, but as the cliché goes, it is better late than never.
