I wanted to send greeting cards to all my friends and families. I know everything is online now and I can easily post greetings here on my blog and in Facebook, but I know nothing still beats receiving Christmas cards with a personal handwritten note from the sender. But I have been really busy the past weeks with my day job and sideline work that I was not able to do this.
But at least I know better now and next year I will start early in sending out the Christmas cards and I will even order
envelope printing.
So for now, let me send my well wishes for all my friends and family, here in my Blog. Wishing everyone love, joy, happiness and good health for 2013 and for years to come!!

It’s the busy holiday season again and my friends from work are planning a Christmas get together. It is nothing extra ordinary really. We don’t have any theme, like the party of one department at work where they have a Victoria Secret’s theme complete with costumes,

Traffic was really bad on our way to work yesterday. We initially thought that it is just because of the busy Christmas season but vehicles are really not moving, that is why we have to look for alternative route.
The next day, my sister told me that the cause of the traffic was a vehicular accident involving 4 vehicles. There are a number of drivers and passengers who have sustained injuries and I heard the leg of one of the drivers have to be amputated because of the accident.
I still don’t have the full details as I can’t find more information from the Internet but I hope the victims have
seatbelt cutter so they did not get trapped inside their car and they were able to survive.
Let’s all be careful when driving. Hope nothing like this will happen again.

A colleague just resigned from work and last Friday was his last day at the office. He will be managing his family business so he has to work full time for it, which requires him to give up his current job.

We were able to avail of Sky Cable’s promo and so we have the Pacquiao-Bradley fight on Pay-Per-View last Sunday.
It was a very great fight and we enjoyed cheering for Manny as he throws hard punches which landed everywhere on Bradley that we thought that he will need
knee walkers at the end of the fight.
By the 5th round, you can notice that Bradley was so dizzy already and weak that he looks as if he can no longer last another minute in the ring. His coaches were even asking him if he still wants to continue the fight.

I have been under the weather the past couple of days. I have to take a sick leave from work for two days as per advise of the doctor who checked me so I can rest.
Hubby was so helpful with the kids so I can take my much-needed rest. He will go home early from work to help in taking care of our children. He would even pamper me that he will bring home treats that he knows I really love like my favorite
chocolate dipped cookies.
These and all the love that my kids have shown me while I was sick have helped me recover fast. And so I am up to my feet after just a few days, was even able to attend the Saturday feeding in Ulingan and we will even be attending a swimming party later.

My husband and I have been listening to the audio book of the Secret. I rarely read inspirational books as I really don’t have the luxury of time, but I love The Secret as it is teaching us on how we should live our life.
The Secret preaches the law of attraction and it suggests that we should not attract negative thoughts because the more we think negatively; the more negative things will come to our life.
I use to worry about our health, about my kids and on how they will survive without us. We got more peace of mind now because we got an
instant term life insurance for my husband and I so we know that our kids will be covered no matter what happens to us. But I think, we also got our peace of mind because we tried to apply what we have learned from the book and that is always think positive thoughts.

I have been doing the calorie counting diet plan for almost two months now. I wanted to lose 5 more pounds but my weight has reached its plateau already at 115 pounds. That is why I wanted to

Another problem that I have right now is I am eating more than my allowed daily calorie intake that I am slowly increasing weight again. I just hit the weighing scale this morning and I weight 117 pounds after the pigging out that I have been doing the past weekends.
