Del Monte Kitchenomics Culinary Program for November to December 2009

1. Pasta: This holiday season, impress family and friends with quick and easy pasta dishes. Learn how to prepare well-loved Italian recipes such as Classic Bolognese, Canneloni, Tomato-Pesto Pasta, Pasta Alfredo, Clams and Mussels Pasta.

Class will be held on November 14 at 10:00 – 4:00 PM. Fee is P 2,600 per participant.

2. Holiday Goodies: Bring the merriment to the dinner table by preparing goodies your family will surely remember for years to come. Learn how to make Fruitcake Roons, Granny's Fiesta Cake, Pineapple Nut Bars, Pine-Cherry Fudge Cake.

Class will be held on November 21 at 10:00 – 4:00 PM. Fee is P 2,600 per participant.

3. Flower and Food Basket Arrangement: Enhance your creativity by learning the simple art of flower & food basket arrangements. It's a great gift idea for the holidays.

Class will be held on November 28 at 10:00 – 4:00 PM. Fee is P 2,600 per participant.

4. Stress-free Holiday Cooking: Learn how to create delicious meals that will not tire and stress you out-- whether you are preparing for potluck gatherings or food for the holidays. Included in this class are practical tips and techniques to make preparation & cooking a lot easier during this busy time of the year. Dishes that will taught during class includes: Pasta Chicken Waldorf Salad, No Bake Spareribs BBQ, Baked Sausage & Chicken Pasta, Pineapple Grape Shake, Del Monte Lodge Baked Mango.

Class will be held on December 5 at 10:00 – 4:00 PM. Fee is P 2,600 per participant.

The fee includes ingredients & materials needed per group, recipe hand-out, apron & toque and certificate of participation.
