Two of the Cullens might be played by new stars for the last installment of the Twilight series the Breaking Dawn. According to the original Twilight movie director, Catherine Hardwicke, stars Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz are having salary negotiations with the producer
I quote Hardwicke: "It would really break my heart if they were replaced, but it could happen. Things could turn ugly quickly."
Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz only have a three-picture deal with Summit Studios which expired after shooting the Eclipse movie. They are both asking for $1.5 million each for the Breaking Dawn movie. But Hardwicke says the young actors are most likely being pushed in the money-hungry direction.
Rachelle Lefevre, who played Victoria in Twilight and New Moon has also been replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard for Eclipse after salary negotiations didn’t turn well also.
I just hope that the same actors will still play the same characters in the final installment of the Twilight series as Breaking Dawn will surely won’t be the same without them.
